Network settings reset worked. Not sure why it worked but fully charge AirPods, do the reset-open top press AirPods down while pushing button on back for 6seconds or so, then put them in your ears and make phone call from Apple Watch. Then try using with phone again.
If your AirPods suddenly stop working, it could be because they're paired with another device. There are a few ways to check and troubleshoot. Put your AirPods in the charging case, wait a moment, then take them out again to reconnect to your device.
If you want to pair a new set of headphones to AirFly, or are having trouble connecting to your headphones, reset AirFly Duo by pressing and holding the Reset button on the side of AirFly Duo for 4 seconds. Once reset, AirFly Duo will blink amber 4 times, and then will go into Pairing Mode.

Sometimes rebooting the earbuds can help. All you have to do is; delete all Raycon Bluetooth names in the settings of all of your paired mobile devices and computers. Turn both of the earbuds off and place them back inside of the charging capsule closed.
If you can't connect to your Mac Make sure that you have a Mac with the latest version of macOS. Put both AirPods in the charging case and make sure that both AirPods are charging. To make sure that Bluetooth is on, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, then click Bluetooth.
As a side note, Apple's HomePod—and any other smart speakers that connect to your TV—won't work with AirPods or any other truly wireless headphone options. So while you may be able to connect your AirPods to smart speakers, it won't work when the speaker is connected to your TV for audio.
Go to the settings on your NordicTrack machine. Search for Bluetooth® to make sure that your Bluetooth® is on. With your AirPods® still in its charging case, open the lid. Press and hold the setup button on the back of your AirPods® case until you see the status light flash white.
