The App Library is actually very easy to find. Just swipe to the left to move to your last page of apps or widgets, then swipe one more time. You'll see the App Library immediately, full of pre-populated categories like Productivity or Games.
Find and open an app in App Library Go to the Home Screen, then swipe left past all your Home Screen pages to get to App Library. Tap the search field at the top of the screen, then enter the name of the app you're looking for. Or scroll up and down to browse the alphabetical list. To open an app, tap it.
If you're one of those who own an older iPhone that's running on iOS 13 or iOS 12, then the Measure app will be available directly on your home screen. You can find the app inside the Utilities folder, which by default, will be located on the second page of your home screen.

What's cool about iPadOS is that the App Library is on your iPad Dock, meaning you don't have to search for it as you do on iOS. Instead, you can open it by tapping on the App Library icon in the right-hand corner of your Dock. Updated June 2022: Updated for the most recent version of iOS 15 and iPadOS 15.
You can find the App Library on your iPhone's very last Home screen. To get to it, unlock your iPhone and swipe left until you see the search bar and neatly organized stacks of apps.
The library itself is where it has always been; ~Library>Music>iTunes>Mobile Apps. You can delete it and save some room on your HDD.

Once you install iOS 14, you'll find the App Library to the right of your last home screen. Just keep swiping and you'll soon be there. You don't have to organize this screen. In fact, you can't organize it.
