Peloton's new Apple Watch app helps users track their Strive Score, monitor their heart rate, and close their rings—all in real time. Start any class on Peloton's smart Bike, Bike+, Tread, or mobile app to begin recording fitness levels from your wrist.
The fitness company announced Thursday you can now connect your Peloton workouts with an Apple Watch. That means you can track your workouts, and how hard you worked out, with just one tap on your watch.
Download the Peloton App on the iPhone through the Apple® App Store. Next, open the Peloton App and select "More" on the bottom-right of the screen. Select the Apple® Watch option from the list of add-ons.

How to Set It Up
You have to go through a one-time setup process. First, make sure the Peloton app is on both your phone (or tablet) and the Apple Watch. From there, open the Peloton app on your phone and tap the “More” tab. Select “Apple Watch,” then “Set Up,” and “Connect to Health app.” That should then bring up the Health app.
