Peloton AirPods Volume Low
If you have first generation AirPods, double tap either earbud to wake Siri and then ask Siri to adjust the volume. If you have second generation AirPods or later (this includes the AirPods Pro), and you've set up the "Hey Siri" function on your iPhone, say "Hey Siri" and then ask Siri to adjust the volume.
Disconnect your AirPods from your Bluetooth settings page without unpairing/forgetting them and keep them in your ears. Play music from your iPhone speakers and turn the volume down to 0 as well. With both (AirPods and iPhone speakers) settings at 0 volume, reconnect your AirPods again and turn the volume up.
If the volume on your Peloton is too low when using AirPods, you'll need to go to Settings to change the media volume. Choose Settings from the right-hand corner of your Peloton touchscreen. Tap Music, then Instructor, and adjust the music volume to your liking.
The lower button on the left earbud raises the volume. the right earbud buttons control the song. The upper button on the right earbud repeats the song.
If you make or receive phone calls via your AirPods, for instance, you will of course drain the battery faster. If you take them out and leave them on your desk without playing anything, they will drain anyway. Yet, if you store them back in their case whenever you're not listening, you are also recharging them.
Adjust the Volume of Your Bluetooth Device From Your iPhone From the accessibility menu, scroll down and select audio/visual. Scroll down to audio balance and move the slider to be at the center. What is this? With the slider at the center, both the left and right headphone will get the same volume from your iPhone.
To adjust the current volume on your phone, press the Volume Up or Down buttons on the side of your iPhone. To set your device to silent, toggle the Ring/Silent switch on the side of your iPhone.
To adjust the media volume When playing music or watching video, touch the volume scroll bar to adjust the media volume or press volume keys directly to adjust. The Music/video volume window appears on the screen to display the volume level. You can also adjust the media volume on the Settings screen.
Disable iPhone volume limits
Click the Apple on your computer's Menu Bar, then click System Preferences. Click Sound. Click Output, then click the AirPods your Mac is connected within the list that appears. At the bottom of this window, below the volume bar, click the box next to Show volume in menu bar.
Press the Home button, then Menu. Touch Sound > Volume. When the Media Volume window shows, move the slider to the right to raise the volume level or over to the left for the opposite. Press OK and the window will close again.
Hold down the Home button (on the right Joy-Con) and a menu will pop up enabling you to adjust the volume of the connected headphones (as well as screen Brightness).
