How to Recover Deleted Phone Numbers via Contacts App
Your status updates can only be seen by someone if you have their phone number in your phone's address book and they have your phone number in their phone's address book.
Step 1: Connect your iPhone to a PC or Mac and open iTunes. Step 2: First click on your iPhone's name, and then the "Summary" tab. Step 3: Click "Restore Backup" and choose the most recent backup file to get your WhatsApp messages back.
Once you land on the safari page, scroll down to the bottom and tap on 'Advanced Option'. This will take you to the next screen and you will find website data. Tap on this link and you will find your deleted browser history on this page.

If you deleted a contact's number after originally blocking it and now you want to get the number back, you may be able to do so.

Tap Edit in the upper-right corner of the Blocked Contacts list. Tap the red minus symbol to the left of the phone number or email address you want to unblock, then tap Done. Alternatively, you can swipe left on the phone number or email address you want to unblock, then tap Unblock.
First, you can recover deleted contacts from an iCloud backup. Second, you can recover deleted contacts from an iTunes backup. Finally, if none of those methods work, you can use a third-party application called dr. fone — iPhone Data Recovery to recover those lost contacts.
All blocked or missed calls will show up in the Firewall Recents call log. To get there, just tap Recents at the bottom of the app. You'll see the full history of all calls that came through as well as any outbound calls made through the app.
Settings app > scroll to and select Phone > Blocked Contacts.
All replies On your iPhone go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive. You can see which which number and email addresses will accept your inbound iMessages and also which account/number you start new conversations from.
