How to add widgets to your iPad Home Screen
Here's how to do it.
Add a widget On a Home screen, touch and hold an empty space. Tap Widgets . Touch and hold a widget. You'll get images of your Home screens.
What to Know. Press and hold an empty area of the screen and tap the + icon to open the widget menu. Tap Photos, select the size you want, and tap Add Widget.
With widgets, you get timely information from your favorite apps at a glance. With iOS 14 and later, you can use widgets on your Home Screen to keep your favorite information at your fingertips. Or you can use widgets from Today View by swiping right from the Home Screen or Lock Screen.

To launch a widget, just click on it, and it will launch automatically. Once the widget is running, you can click and drag it around, to move it to the location on the screen that you want. Some widgets will have a cogwheel icon that will be visible next to them when your mouse is hovering over the widget.
How to Add a Widget to Your iPhone Home Screen
1) Press and hold a blank spot on your screen until the icons jiggle. 2) Tap the plus sign that appears on the top right to open the Widget Gallery. 3) Select the Photos widget from the popular spot at the top or from the list. 4) Choose one of the three widget sizes and tap Add Widget.
Start by pressing any empty area on the Home Screen > plus icon > scroll down and tap Shortcuts > tap Add Widget below the single flashlight shortcut widget. From now, you can tap this big widget to enable or disable the flashlight. You can move this widget to any Home Screen you want. Want more tips?
