To do this, open the Contacts app on your Android > open the menu > Tap Import > Select your SIM card. Insert the SIM into your iPhone. Go to Settings > Contacts > Import SIM Contacts. If prompted, choose where to import your contacts to on your iPhone.
Tap on Account sync and either tap on the three dots menu to sync everything or switch the Contacts toggle to off and then on again to sync just the contacts. Move over to your iPhone and head to Settings. Tap on Mail and then tap on Accounts. Tap on Add Account and enter the same Google account as your Android phone.

On your Android phone, head to Contacts app and tap on the gear icon or the three dots menu. Tap on SIM card contacts and if you have a dual-SIM phone, select the SIM card you will be using in your iPhone. Tap on the three dots menu and select Import from phone.

Just export contacts from iCloud.com and then import contacts to Google Contacts. After that, log in Google Contacts on your Android phone and then all contacts will be synced to your Android phone.
Tap on Accounts and select your Google account. Tap on Account Sync and make sure the Contacts toggle is switched on. Tap on the three dot menu and select Sync now. You contact will start syncing and once the process is done, they should show up in your phone's contacts.
