How to download photos and videos from the Photos app
Tap, hold, and swipe to select all pictures. After you've selected all the photos you need, click on the Share button in the bottom left corner. Swipe left on the bottom icons to get to the icon you need, then select Copy iCloud link to get photos from iCloud. Click on Download again.
On your Mac or PC
Unfortunately there is no “Select All” button or “Download All” button in iCloud Photos on the web currently, but you can use the shift+click trick to select all of the photos yourself. That is the only way to download all photos from iCloud currently, so it requires a little bit of manual effort but it works.
Unless you have changed the default settings, all iCloud Photos will be downloaded to 'Downloads' Folder on your computer.
Use a device passcode or password and Face ID or Touch ID. For better security, you can set a passcode on your device—or login password on your Mac—to help protect your data. Use Face ID or Touch ID if your device supports it. Keep your software up to date.
Go to “Data & Privacy” and select “Manage Your Data and Privacy.” On the following page, go to “Get a copy of your data” and select “Get started.” Select the specific sets of data you would like to download, such as calendar, iCloud contacts and App Store purchase history.
Once you've selected all the photos you want, either hit Shift + D on your keyboard or click the three vertical dots in the upper right and select Download. Next, click Save when the File Explorer window appears, and you're all set. As with the bulk Takeout option, your photos will download as a ZIP archive.
In the File Explorer window, click on iCloud Photos tab in the left-pane. In the right-pane, click on the Downloads Icon. 8. On the next screen, click on the Downloads Folder to see all your iCloud Photos arranged in different sub-folders.

Moving Your Photo Library from Google Photos to iCloud
Choose the photos and videos you want to download by year. In iCloud for Windows 7, click “Download photos and videos” in the Windows Explorer toolbar. Choose the photos and videos you want to download by year, then click Download.
After you are signed-in, click on the Photos Icon. In iCloud Photos, click on the Photos Tab and press Command+A to select all iCloud Photos and click on the Download icon to start the process of downloading All iCloud Photos to Mac.
Everything stored in iCloud, including iCloud photos, is securely encrypted in transit and stored with encryption keys. Encryption keys are stored on Apple's servers. Without these encryption keys, files can not be decrypted. Apple also uses “end-to-end” encryption for data.
Reset your device Check that all your connections are good and try restarting or resetting your device. iCloud photo downloads require a stable network connection, so make sure you have a good WiFi signal. Sign out and sign in to iCloud to refresh, then try to download again.
