Hit the "decline" button when someone calls. Most cell phones feature a "decline" or "ignore" button next to the "answer" or "connect" button. On some phones, this button may read "clear" or "end." When you hit this button, the caller is sent directly to your voice mail.
Airplane Mode: Put your phone in Airplane Mode to block all cellular activity. Your calls will go directly to voicemail, but you won't see who's calling or even that you got a call until you check.
Disable Bluetooth As surprising as this may seem, your Bluetooth could be the cause why your calls are landing straight into voicemail. Try disabling your Bluetooth connection and check if the problem persists.
However, all calls may be sent to voicemail when Unconditional Call Forwarding is enabled. If so, you will need to deactivate call forwarding. And re-enable it through your app (iPhone or Android). You should also verify you don't have your call filter set to contacts only.
