At the bottom of the email is a “this URL” link. Right-click this URL and click “Copy Link Location” (or the equivalent command depending on what program you're using to view the mail).

The feature is off by default. Those who want linked inboxes can enable it.Here's how:

  1. Open Outlook Mail and tap the three dots on the lower right corner.
  2. Tap Manage accounts.
  3. Tap Link inboxes.
  4. Choose the accounts to link and you can optionally give the new linked inbox a name.

These steps are the same whether you're adding your first Gmail account or additional Gmail accounts to Outlook.

  1. Select File > Add Account.
  2. Enter your email address and click Connect.
  3. Outlook will launch a Gmail window that asks for your password.

Resolution

  1. Start Outlook.
  2. On the File menu, select Options.
  3. In the navigation pane, select Add-Ins.
  4. On the Manage menu, select COM Add-Ins, and then select Go.
  5. In the COM Add-Ins dialog box, select the Skype Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Office 2016 option, and then select OK.

To integrate your Outlook account with Zoho subscriptions:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Other Apps.
  2. Next to Google, click Enable Integration > Outlook account.
  3. Click Connect.
  4. Select your Outlook account and click Allow.

Open Outlook and go to your calendar. In the sidebar, right-click “Other Calendars” and then select Add Calendar > From Internet. In the box that pops up, paste your iCal link and click “OK.”

Enter your email address and password and Sign In to 'Outlook on the web' (OWA) Select the Calendar you want to share. For Select permissions select Full Details and click the Save button. Copy the 'ICS' link (this is the link you need to paste into app you want to share the calendar with)

How to Use Outlook to Access Lotus Notes

  1. Open "Microsoft Outlook." Select "Tools" and "E-mail Accounts" from the menu bar.
  2. Select "Add new e-mail account".

How to Sync your Outlook with your Gmail Account

  1. Step 1: Open your Outlook email account.
  2. Step 2: Go to File and then Account Settings.
  3. Step 3: Once you have the Account Settings box opened, click New.
  4. Step 4: Select Email Account and click Next.
  5. Step 5: Select “Manual Setup or Additional Server Types.” Click Next.

If the Teams Meeting Add-in is listed in the Disabled Application Add-ins list, under Manage, select COM Add-ins, and then select Go…. Select the Microsoft Teams Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Office checkbox. Choose OK on all dialog boxes, and then close Outlook. Restart Outlook.

In Outlook Express, click Tools and then Accounts. In the Internet Accounts dialog box, click Add, and then click Mail. In the Display name box, type the name that you want other users to see when you send mail, and then click Next. In the E-mail address box, type your Windstream email address, and then click Next.

Reply lets you add an opt-out link to any place of the email body. To do this: Open the text editor and select the place to insert an opt-out link.To avoid this:

  1. Navigate to Settings - Email Accounts - Account settings - Opt-out text.
  2. Remove text from the Text at the bottom of email field.
  3. Click Save settings.
