Remove media and apps First, try to free up storage on your Apple Watch by removing any music or photos that you've synced to your watch. Then try to install the watchOS update. If your watch still doesn't have enough available storage, remove some apps to free up more space, then try to update.

Manually delete apps to recover space on Apple TV. Go to General > Manage Storage. Navigate to the trash icon for any item in the list and press the clickpad center (second-generation Siri Remote) or the touch surface (first-generation Siri Remote). The app and all of its data are removed from the device.

Emails can take up tons of space on your Android operating system. If you keep thousands — or even hundreds — of emails around, then it's time that you clear a significant amount of space by deleting these emails in Gmail.

To remove an app directly from the watch, press the Digital Crown to move to the Home screen with all your apps in view. If the Home screen is in Grid View, lightly press down on any icon until they all start to shake. Tap the X button on the app you wish to remove. At the confirmation screen, tap Delete App.

Use Store in iCloud to free up space. Using Store in iCloud, you can choose to have your Mac keep your Documents and Desktop folders on your iCloud Drive. Then, when your Mac gets too full, it will delete the local copies. If you need that file in future, it will be downloaded on demand.
Tap either Never, After one day, After one week, or After one month. The emails that you delete will leave your phone (and its storage) on the schedule you chose.
