Apple Watch Aluminum Aluminum Apple Watches are the lightest weight and the most affordable Apple Watches that Apple sells. The aluminum material comes in starlight, midnight, green, blue, and PRODUCT(RED) for the Series 7, and gold, silver, and space gray for the SE.
Apple Watch and iPhone do not offer built-in support for strength training, but the good news is there are plenty of third-party apps that can plug the gap. Apple Watch weightlifting apps can help in three ways: by telling you what to do; showing you how to do it; and keeping a log of what you've done.

Weight Tracker is now available for Apple Watch. Quickly enter weight and check stats from your wrist. Track your progress towards weight loss or gain.
Although the Apple Watch does not provide mechanisms to auto-detect your reps using gestures or other technology, the watch's accuracy is stellar when it comes to computing calories. The total calories from a weight training workout are almost the same on the Apple Watch and Samsung Watch.
These devices are critical parts of your weight loss journey. With an Apple Watch and an iPhone, you'll be able to record your workouts, see how many calories you've burned each day, check Activity Trends (comparing your current activity vs. past activity), and much more.
