How To Connect PS4 Controller Without A Cable
Head to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth Devices and select the DualShock 4 entry—it's the one that does not have a green light next to it. On the resulting menu, press the Options button on your controller and choose Forget Device. This will cause your PS4 to remove it from memory so you have to re-pair it again.
To do this, turn off your console and controller. Then, using a paperclip or something similar, push the button located inside the small hole on the back of your controller next to the L2 button and keep it pressed for about five seconds. Turn your PS4 back on, then press the PS button on your controller.
