Apple Fitness+ gives users “Permission to Dance” with new Artist Spotlight series, curated Dance workouts, and more. Fitness+ welcomes everyone to the party with 11 different workout types, including Dance, as well as meditations you can do anytime, anywhere.
Fitness+ will feature a special section of Dance workouts to help subscribers earn the award, including six 20-minute workouts across Latin Grooves, Upbeat Anthems, Throwback Hits, and Hip-Hop/R&B playlists.

All you need to do is tap the Workout app on your Apple Watch (it's the green circle with the black figure running), then scroll down to Dance. This app allows you to track active calories, total calories, and your average heart rate.
How to Add a Workout to Apple Watch Manually
To add a new workout, open the Workout app on your Apple Watch. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the list and tap Add Workout. Scroll through the list and tap on the workout type to add it. You will be taken back to the list of workouts, where you'll see the workout you just added.
